The National Academy for Evaluation, Assessment, and Accreditation, affiliated with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, is a specialized entity dedicated to capacity building and human capital development in the field of education and training quality. It serves as a key enabler in strengthening the implementation of the Saudi model for evaluation, assessment, and accreditation.

The establishment of the Academy came in response to the national need for specialized competencies capable of leading evaluation and quality assurance processes across education and training institutions and programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is achieved through the development and delivery of professional training programs grounded in the accreditation standards for education and training institutions and programs approved by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.

In coordination and integration with education and training institutions, the Academy contributes to supporting the development of practitioners in institutional and programmatic self-evaluation and internal quality assurance. It also enhances institutional capacities to align their operations with the requirements of the Saudi model and to ensure the quality of education and training outcomes, thereby contributing to the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives related to improving the competitiveness of outputs and aligning them with labor market needs and national development priorities.

Furthermore, the Academy focuses on transforming training into sustainable professional and institutional impact by developing structured training pathways in education and training quality, building a specialized knowledge-based and professional community, and promoting a culture of quality and excellence within education and training institutions.
